"Oh and another thing, when we first arrived exhausted from our flight the front desk charged us $25 dollars extra for having an "extra" person, which we had booked a hotel for three people why did we get charged extra." — source Travelocity

"There were no activites, only 1 working vending machine, we booked a family suite for 5 and never recieved extra blankets or pillows (had to go buy them), had to have key card reprogrammed everyday, there was a median in the road so if you came from one direction you had to go past and turn around so you could get into the parking lot, the sidewalk outside the parking lot was dirty (broken bottles and trash), little ants were in the room and the contentntal breakfast was poor (a few muffins and croissants with no butter or jelly) Elevator shuddered." — source Travelocity
