Ploaghe is on the main road between Sassari (18 km) and Olbia where the streets cross the motorway to Cagliari. Alghero airport is at 40 Km and Olbia airport at 80km. The Portotorres harbour is only 40 km and Olbia harbour is at 80 km. Golfo Aranci harbour is 100km.It is possible to reach the village even with the train. Stop at the station of Ploaghe, 1 km from the village centre.Daily buses connect Ploaghe with Sassari and Alghero.
