"Central to Oxford St, Marleybone & Regent -- a great hotel if you like a 10 - 15 minute walk to be in the center of everything -- the room size was comfortable and not too tiny." source Expedia

"We would highly recommend the Metropole hotel." source Orbitz

"Clean, friendly, helpful staff and close to subways." source Priceline

  • Service: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Service isn't a priority for most establishments in London so it wasn't a surprise to be met with disinterest when I mentioned a broken faucet, TV and outlet." source Priceline

"I called guest services and they said they would send someone but they never did." source Priceline

"The service, the follow-up, the cleanliness, and most other aspects of this hotel need improving." source Travelocity

"Room service was late." source Priceline

"The hotel has over 350 rooms, it is hard to believe that all were occupied the night before. Since we were going to spend 10 nights in the hotel, one would have thought that we would have been given a room with a better view." source Expedia
