"Bus terminal close by - downtown area within minutes - beautiful park nearby where you have an awesome view of Pest - great place to stay with excellent price for the value." — source Venere
"for a place on the buda side near all the attractions at a reasonable price i highly recommend it." — source Venere
"I can recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again if and when we return to Budapest." — source Expedia
"Overall not satisfied with room, parking and the service." — source Expedia
"Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay if we ever come back to Budapest." — source Venere

"While the Gold Hotel Buda is not the most luxurious or upscale I have ever stayed, it was extremely clean and well maintained and provided exemplary service." — source Hotels.com
"The room are clean and spacious(they give us a mini-apartment instead of a triple without overfee), but not at the level of a occidental four stars." — source Venere
"Clean, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, but it is located by a noisy avenue." — source Expedia
"Probably the best hotel location in Budapest, the room was clean and well maintained, We really enjoyed our stay." — source Hotels.com
"The room was very nice, spacious enough, clean, with high speed internet, and staff was friendly and helpful." — source Venere
-
"A little out of the centre, but good bus service from across the road made getting into the city easy." — source Venere
"From the charming reception staff to the attentive restaurant staff we could not fault the service." — source Venere
"Good service at the reception (fluent English) and at the restaurant." — source Venere

"In spite of that, it does feel like a safe neighborhood and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its location is at the near-crest of a long, long, hill, right up from the Elizabeth Bridge, so it's worth planning on learning the right bus routes up that hill (avoid taxis." — source Hotels.com
"It is possible to cross this road and cut through a quieter park area to the castle. Budapest'a attractions are so spread out that a hotel central for one area will be inconvenient for another, so if you don't like walking, just get a day (or more) pass for public transport, which is pretty cheap." — source Venere
"Location not that great, but price low." — source Expedia
"Near Buda Castle but a pretty good walk into the pedestrian area on the other side of the river." — source Venere
"Covenient location for Gellert baths, the Citadel and Var in Buda, although a little hilly." — source Venere
-
"A bit of a price stretch but the apartment was quite large and had a nice balcony overlooking a treed courtyard." — source Venere
"Great relationship between price/quality, i would definetely, recomended and would book again." — source Venere
"Good location, good price, nice breakfast." — source Venere
-
"Very spacious apartment (big bedroom, another bedroom, kitchen, separate dining room, balcony & washroom facilities) The annex building is old-fashioned, but nice, if you prefer older style. Very quiet apartment, even though the building is adjacent to a busy street (other rooms are not likely to be so quiet)." — source Venere
"Disappointed that even in summer air conditioned is not included in the room rate and it is charged as an extra expense of 10 Euros per day if you wish to have it working in your room." — source Venere
