One of Derry's most upscale restaurants, Satchmo's combines the best local produce with classical cooking styles to produce excellent fish and roasted meat. Like the Everglades Hotel in which it sits, the ambience here is formal, and the dress code seems to be mostly suit and tie for men. It's a good way to treat yourself after a hard day's sightseeing.
