Comparable to Hoa Hong, Ngoc Huong is brand-spankin'-new, clean, and already quite popular. Rooms have the unfortunate fluorescent polyester blankets and gaudy drapery of most minihotels, but at least here it's all still new and clean. Larger suite rooms overlook the river (peeking over the fronts of the Riverside and Huong Giang hotels -- above), and the seventh-floor restaurant serves good Vietnamese fare and offers 180-degree views.
