Directions

Frequent underground metro services connect the airport with Madrid city centre. Taxis are available from the airport and the blue airport bus departs every 15 minutes for the underground bus terminal at Plaza de Col�n in central Madrid. Madrid's extensive metro and public bus systems provide an efficient and cheap way of getting around the city. Taxis are moderately priced and can be hailed in the street. Driving directions: Take the national motorway towards Madrid until Paseo de la Castellana. Turn left into Plaza del Doctor Maranon. Continue to Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado. At Plaza de Carlos V, turn right into Calle Atocha.
