"Upon checking in we were informed that our room was not in the lodge but in a set of newly acquired duplex cottages. After looking at them (they weren't bad but we were there for the convenience of the lodge) we went to the front desk and explained that we had come back solely b/c of the hotel (we have lots of other places we'd love to travel to) the front desk quickly changed our room and not only moved us to the lodge but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite with was WONDERFUL." — source Travelocity
