Anyone between the age of 16 and 18, if unaccompanied, must book a private room or share with individuals of the same sex and age group. YHA strongly recommends that customers wishing to bring children under the age of 18 reserve a private room and do not stay in shared dormitories.

Directions

From James Street Station: come out of the station and head right, when you get to the main road turn left. You are now on Wapping / The Strand. Walk straight down the road. The Albert Dock will be to your right, on the other side of the road. Go past the police station and the bus station and carry on until you see the Baltic Fleet pub on your left hand side. We are the building with the black gates about 20 metres further on!From Central Station: there are two exits to the station, whichever one you come out of, make sure the road is on your right hand side. Walk down the road, you will go past the old HSBC bank on your left hand side. You are on Hanover Street. Follow this road all the way down until you see the Albert Dock in front of you. Turn left past the police station, then directions as above.From Lime Street Station: there are two exits to this station, whichever one you come out of, head for the pedestrian crossing and cross over the road heading towards the giant TV screen in Clayton square. Go past this and head left up the pedestrianised area towards the road.
