Ignoring the not-so-pretty outside, this is a very good budget hotel with parking available and easy access to the centre by tram. The hotel also provides a small gym. (TO/1008) The hotel is one-storey and the exterior is motel-like and unrepresentative of the quality once inside. In summer, there is an outdoor pool with patio tables. Ample car parking is available. The hotel is located in the eastern suburbs of Gothenburg, four kilometres from the city centre. There is a tram outside which takes you directly to shopping and nightlife.

From Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT): Distance to the Apple Hotel is 32 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive. Getting there. A shuttle bus runs between the airport and central Gothenburg, and a single ticket costs 80 SEK. During peak hours, buses run every 15 minutes. Taxis are available from outside the airport and the fare to the hotel is 365 SEK. Prices are sometimes fixed, so check before departing. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Walking is the best way to explore central Gothenburg. Trams and buses are available throughout the city, and integrated daily tickets can be used on trams, buses, and ferries.
