More information on Quebecs

Quebecs is carved from a brilliantly fashioned red-brick building which dates back to the Victorian era. The building was the famous Leeds & Country Liberal Club and has been stylishly refurbished into a polished boutique hotel. As a Grade II-listed building, the hotel has preserved its grand centerpiece, a magnificent, broad winding oak staircase that is illuminated by five ornate, stained-glass windows. The hotel has been lovingly restored with Victorian oak furnishings, intricately handcrafted wood panelling, dramatic stained-glass windows and a crackling fire with sofas to sink into. The hotel has 45 individually designed guestrooms including nine suites. Luxurious touches are central to this hotel's in-room experience, with crisp Egyptian cotton linen on the beds and cozy robes and slippers provided as standard. Guests can make their own tea and coffee while relaxing to music on the CD player or watching a range of satellite TV channels. With its evocative atmosphere of an elegant bygone age and its stunning Victorian interior, it is no surprise that Quebecs was voted one of Cond? Nast Traveler's top 80 hotels in the world.
