"First the good news, my kids love this place, the atmosphere is fantastic and the rooms are very clean, but now for the real truth, it may be easy just too ignore this review and eat within the resort but trust me, you will agree with me afterwards, Avoid the the Buffet, selection was limited and all of the meat was very dried out, the main restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of the food, there are many very nice restaurants within the city of Sandusky, please do yourself a favor and seek them out." — source Travelocity

"Room service is very slow, plus the food prices are fairly expnsive, for the 2 nights you stay I feel the price should be lower for the night stay, because everything else is expensive, no doubt its going to be the largest hotel ever but it would be nice to lowere there prices." — source Travelocity
