Halfway between the old quarter and the natural area around the Tajo river, The Casona de la Reyna is a delight in every sense, from its unrivalled views to its cosy lounge with fireplace. Its located on the east side of the historic city center with wonderfull view to the river and some beatifull mountains and rocks. This building is mixed by a modern architectural touch and a traditional influence, like the city. Totally remodeled, the Casona de la Reyna Hotel rests upon the original foundation of a 16th century Toledan house. The structure retains archeological remains from the early Middle Ages, such as its oven and cistern. The hotel offers inviting and tasteful decoration inside and out. The shopping zone is on the way to zocodover, called c. comercio.
