A tranquil place situated in a peaceful green landscape with gentle slopes in the region 'Marche' between beautiful olive-trees with views of the hamlets Scapezzano and Roncitelli and close to the beautiful city of Senigallia. It is highly recommended to visit the restaurants there or enjoy aperitivo on one of the beautiful squares in this delightful city.Located only 4 kilometers from the wonderful beaches of Senigallia.The motorway A14 that runs from Bologna to Taranto in southern Italy, as well as the airports of Ancona and Pescara and the railway line which takes you deep into the region of Puglia are close by. In short, very strategically situated while at the same time remaining very peaceful.The splendid inland countryside with many picturesque villages lies at your feet. Only a short distance away, you will find magnificent mountain area of the Appenijnen and the Monti Sibillini. From our place beautiful walks in the surrounding areas are possible. The nearest shops are only 2 kilometers away.Discover the many beautiful surprises the region Marche has to offer. We will be there for you then to make sure you enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful region!Gladly we personally wish you welcome at Casa Onda! B&B 'Scapezzano' on the ground floor is situated at the front of our accomodation. Here you have a comfortable double bed plus bathroom with shower and toilet. You can enjoy breakfast on your own terraceB&B 'Roncitelli' situated on the first floor is equivalent to B&B Scapezzano. There is a terrace at the front of the building where you can enjoy breakfast.It goes without saying, that everyone can move freely anywhere on the property unless indicated otherwise.Restaurant Antica ArmoniaWe highly recommend our guests to pay a visit to the local restaurant 'Antica Armonia' which is within walking distance from our accommodation.After a relaxed day in the countryside or at the beach, walk at your ease to the restaurant, where you can enjoy a marvellous meal either in the beautiful garden or inside this cozy establishment.Renzo, the friendly proprietor, serves a 5 course menu every day. Should you be interested, we will be happy to assist you with a reservation. In the garden of Antica Armonia there is a nice swimming pool.Although we at Casa Onda have our own swimming pool since 2008! The pool is shown on one of the photo'sPlease advise about arrival time.Payment: Cash only, on arrival.

Directions

Coming from Pescara or from Bologna on A14 you take the junction Senigallia.After the tollhouse, follow the signs to Sassoferrato/Corinaldo, you are now on the SP 12.Keep driving until the junction Roncitelli, there you exit, keeping to the right.Left before the fly-over turn left, you are now on the Strada dei Castelli.Keep driving straight on until you see the sea on your right in the distance. Continue to the junction with the iron cross (2km) and turn left. You come to another junction where you turn left in the direction of Antica Armonia. Follow this road. When you reach the second sign for Antica Armonia keep driving straight on.At the end of this road, it seems you can�t continue, but you can drive to the right past the house. This is an unpaved road. At one point, the road declines steeply. You will see Casa Onda situated on the left in the valley. When the road inclines slightly, turn left. You will pass an old house. Casa Onda is now right in front of you. Once past the mulberry trees, you can park your car.The airport of Anconoa (Falconara)is 25 kilometers away.The railway station of Senigallia is only 4 kilometers away.
