However it will cease during the X-mas and New Year season from Dec. 18, 2009 to Jan. 4, 2010. The renovation work includes but not limited to the following.-Replacement of rebars in building columns-Reinforcing of lanai rails-Replacement of pickets-Installation of new tiles in lanai-Replacement of sliding doors-Repairing of the porte cochere entry wayAlthough the work being done is quite extensive, the disruption to guests staying in adjacent units will be minimal. Also, please note that the swimming pool and jacuzzi anticipated to closed from May 11 - June 19, 2009 has be rescheduled to Sept 25 to Dec 21, 2009.
