The building that houses the Preciados VIP Hotel was raised in 1881, over a site belonging to the Descalzas Reales, the first owner of which was Count Romanones. Today,totally restored, this building of Preciados, around the corner from Veneras, successful blends elegance of the 19th century with the avant-garde of the 21st, putting the latest in design and technology to the service of its guests.
