A modern stylish and excellently located, with many rooms enjoying excellent sea views over the "super-yachts" below. A great choice of restaurants and bars all within two minutes of the hotel. Over the weekend period the bars and restaurants are particularly busy. SE1008 A modern six storey building, predominantly facing the the famous yacht marina. Superb location in the centre of the Viaduct harbour (formerly the America's Cup village). On the Corner of Hobson and Customs Street West. A five minute walk to Queen Street and its shops. There are many bars and restaurants located on the street level below this property as part of the Viaduct harbour.
