This formal French restaurant has received multiple awards from both Swiss and French gastronome societies. The cuisine doesn't religiously adhere to yesterday, but makes its own creative statement. The atmosphere is that of a rotisserie, and some of the most discriminating palates from all over the surrounding area come here to partake of the chef's latest imaginative effort.
