-120 hours, Cancellation of individual bookings is possible free of charge up until 5 days prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show on the arrival day, we have to charge the first night. Special cancellation regulations apply for group bookings (reservations for three or more rooms). Please contact the hotel directly in this case.
