Also known as the Belle of New Orleans, Le Pavillon Hotel rises majestically from the corner of Poydras and Baronne, four blocks from the legendary French Quarter. Patrons indulge their palates in the aristocratic Crystal Room restaurant, specializing in Cajun and Creole cuisine. In contrast, guests gather in the casual Gallery Lounge to enjoy evening drinks. Visits to Bourbon Street or local casinos are made even sweeter by an old-fashioned Southern homecoming every night, the staff offers complimentary peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches and hot chocolate in the Grand Lobby. Le Pavillon Hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America, as well as Leading Hotels of the World. Le Pavillon was also named one of the worlds best places to stay on Conde Nast's 2005 Gold List.
