  • Overall: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"Overall it's not a bad hotel- just steps away from subway and across the river from Manhattan." source Orbitz

"Good hotel despite the location." source Priceline

"I believe i found a great hotel with really clean and comfortable rooms and a great staff. Like i read in the other reviews, the subwas was literally steps away from the hotel and takes you to manhattan in less than 10 minutes - I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family." source Travelocity

"But generally speaking, it met my demand about a good hotel with reasonable price." source Orbitz

"Battery was replaced with a weak one by hotel staff so it continued to not work, we just kept important things with us though out the day We would stay at this hotel again, and highly recommend it to everyone." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"It was clean and close to all subway stops." source Priceline

"Staff was great, as were the hotel's sanitary/near spotless conditions." source Travelocity

"The staff was great, the location perfect - not even a block from the subway and 10 minutes to times square - it's like being in Manhattan without the Manhattan prices - It is so clean and nice." source Travelocity

"The rooms were very clean but the view was not very pleasing out the window because it overlooked the junkyard across the street." source Travelocity

"Room was nice and clean - all the amenities - but area was industrial - not too many restaurants close by." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.8 out of 5

"Friendly staff, good rooms and a perfect location for visiting Manhatten and some sport events." source Orbitz

"I subsequently called the phone number on the travel website confirmation and was informed by the customer service person that the Comfort Inn had already been paid and there was nothing that could be done." source Travelocity

"It was clean, friendly staff and felt very safe." source Travelocity

"Nice hotel with a great helpful staff." source Travelocity

"Not good: The neighborhood is industrial Queens." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"My stay was really comfortable and my commute to manhattan was about 15 minutes and for almost half the price from manhattan hotels, this is the best kept secret." source Travelocity

"This hotel was a tremendous value. Our room was bigger than the one we had the night before in room in Manhatten yet cost only 20% of that room." source Travelocity

"Also, if you decide to take taxi - it will cost you approximate 12-15$ ( depending on traffic) from Rockefeller Center to the hotel." source Travelocity

"The location is not that promising but the hotel was very nice for its cheap price." source Travelocity

  • Room: Rating of 4.4 out of 5
