"No complaints, but if you need personal help with anything at all -- laundry service, room service, concierge, bell services -- get started early and allow extra time. For example, the in-room information says you can call for a laundry pickup up Â’til 9:00am, but when we called at 8:45am we were told we were too late, the outside service actually picks up from the hotel at 9:00am sharp." source Expedia

  • Room: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"Large rooms (very large for London) with comfortable beds and tub and separate shower set up in a lux bath." source Priceline

"Room was modern and clean. Very nice hotel, but I think they pawned off the smelly room onto us." source Priceline

"Given a spacious and beautiful room- lighting was exceptional." source Priceline

"The rooms are large, especially for a London hotel." source Priceline
