The Foresta Best Western Premier Hotel is a modern, Nordic style hotel with a cliff top setting offering dramatic island views, located 7.5 kilometres from Stockholm city centre. The 95 Guestrooms have a typical Nordic d�cor from designers such as Louis Poulsen and Atelje Lyktan, incorporating light woods and natural materials. All include complimentary Internet connections, cable television, telephones, and minibars. The attached tiled shower rooms come with hair dryers. Business guests can expect a wide range of facilities to meet their needs, from a 400 seat theatre style room to a 40 seat classroom style. There are also two banqueting halls, the largest seating 400, which can cater to a range of dining requirements. Guests can also use the high speed Internet services for business or leisure, enjoy a drink in the bar or relax in front of the television in the lobby area. The hotel offers two dining options: Foresta a la carte Restaurant serves international dishes amid stylish surroundings and sea views; the Bistro serves drinks, snacks, and light meals. Stockholm city centre, with its museums, beautiful old town and royal palace, is within ten kilometres of the hotel. Guests can also visit the Royal Hunting Ground, also at a ten kilometre distance. The nearest international airport is Stockholm Arlanda, which is 45 kilometres from the hotel. The airport has three railway stations: one for long distance destinations and two for frequent express trains to Stockholm. From Stockholm, guests are a short taxi ride from the hotel. Taxis also run from directly outside the airport terminals. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building.
