RestaurantHotel use the most experienced and inventive chefs who use only the finest ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes. At the same time Hotel are more than happy to offer you beans on toast if you feel in need of a little comfort food. The kitchen use only high quality produce, from local suppliers where possible. This provides not only its guests, but also the local community with a reason to know and love Hotel. Hotel menus are both seasonal and regional, concentrating on local speciality ingredients and dishes. Hotel aim to produce a unique menu and pride ourselves on the fact that everything is homemade, whether it be its pastry chef's cakes for our speciality afternoon teas, the olive oil sourced from our very own Villa Saletta olive groves in Italy or the wine on its extensive wine list, produced from grapes grown in its personal vineyards.
