  • Overall: Rating of 3.1 out of 5

"Overall we had spectacular time and we're already planning to go back sometime this spring(or whenever the price is right lol)." source Orbitz

"Hotel could use a make-over, but overall great loction and price." source Orbitz

"We were on the 9th floor and the air conditioning wasn't very good - I recommend a room on a lower floor if you want to be cool." source Travelocity

"Definitely worth the money, it's always a great experience being down there." source Travelocity

"Overall, a great vacation for a family with small kids that doesnᅵt need anything fancy, just a relaxing time by the beach and pool." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"The Atlantis is close but overpriced , and the menu is very expensive for families that are middle class, so this is affordable but not as new and clean." source Travelocity

"Our room was clean and spacious and while the bathroom was a little "old fashioned" we had a great shower and hot water to spare." source Travelocity

"Diner at the restaraunt needs to made during the day but the buffet was also very clean, and so delicious." source Travelocity

"The cleaning was lacking, we found previous guest ""articles"" in our room when we checked in." source Travelocity

"The room was very clean and spacious with a refrigerator and coffee maker, hair blow dryer." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"Secondly: location is bad ( overviews some industrial areas, tiny space for a hotel of that size, tiny beach and pool area, lagoon is smaller than some swimming pools) , third : service is horrible (room was not ready on time had to wait by the pool with a baby, unattentive staff, no entertaiment unless you are alcoholic) , restaurants." source Travelocity

"The food was fine and the people were friendly but we booked a king bed, got 2 doubles, moldy ceiling, poor front desk service, very dirty, blood splatters in bathroom, burned out lights, and both of us came home with bed bug bites from the hotels sheets." source Travelocity

"The only convenience was within walking distances to Atlantis (very, very nice) and Cabbage Beach (nice, friendly, staff, and great waves) which are both excellent ventures." source Travelocity

"I should know, i have worked for a 5 star, 5 diamond resort for over 10 years and an experienced customer service practioner." source Travelocity

"The first thing that I want to point out is that the service/staff was great and tried to accomodate all of our needs." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"It was too far from the Beach and not enough area to swim in front of hotel." source Orbitz

"The resort needed to be renovated and updated Sitting by the river was the nicest, not what I would call a beach Walking distance to downtown was nice Variety needed to be added to the food We were there to do nothing, which was a good thing, Activities were dull." source Travelocity

"This hotel is within walking distance to Atlantis offers much to do-snorkling, swimming w/ dolphins, scuba lessons, etc. They have a fine private beach, nice pool area, lots of space to relax." source Travelocity

"Upon arriving to the hotel with my husband for our honeymoon, i thought the exterior was nice and the area okay even the lobby seemed pleasant." source Travelocity

"Anthony, the manager of the dining area, and I discussed the "bad reviews" of the hotel and I told him that the reviews were UNFAIR AND WRONG." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"A short cab ride to the straw market, but take the ferry back, its only 3 dollars and the guide was funny and informative." source Travelocity

"The thing about this place is its excellent value, GREAT GREAT FOOD, the pool and private beach (on the harbor) are GREAT." source Travelocity

"Knowing how expensive everything in Bahamas, this hotel offered unbeatable value with buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner." source Travelocity

"We just wanted to get away and saw the all inclusive and the price was right." source Travelocity

"All in all, it was a great value for the money and an awesome vacation." source Travelocity
