Hotel Blake Chicago is a luxury boutique property located in the heart of Downtown Chicago near the Art Institute Shedd Aquarium Millennium Park Chicago Board of Trade and Sears Tower. It was constructed in 1986 by adding a new seven-story structure to a historic landmark building and is situated less than a mile from the Sears Tower and 18 miles from O'Hare International Airport. Local attractions include Adler Planetarium, Art Institute and the John Hancock Center. Hotel amenities include guest laundry, fitness room, laundry/valet services, concierge, restaurant (Custom House), business center and complimentary wireless and wired internet connections in each guest room. Complimentary continental breakfast is available daily in the lobby from 7-10am. Beverages include coffee (regular & decaf), hot tea and assorted juices. Also available are the following edible delights: fresh assorted fruit, freshly baked pastries, bagels (toasted available) and all the accompanying condiments: butter, jellies, cream cheese and preserves. Guest rooms feature cable TVs, AM/FM alarm clock radios, cordless phones, and 12-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows in select rooms. In addition, there is a desk with an ergonomic chair, coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. Bathrobes are available on request.

Directions

Located downtown at the Intersection of Congress Parkway and Dearborn Street, 2 blocks west of State Street, at the South end of the loop and the north boundary of Printer's Row. The hotel is within walking distance to the city's Premiere Forums for the Arts. The Blake Hotel is situated in an architecturally rich area and is easily accessible to and from all of Chicago's major expressways. According to a survey conducted by the Chicago police, Burnham Park area is on e of the safest in the city.
