Restful rooms many looking out to stunning views of San Francisco and Angel Island. Nestled on an historic dock in charming downtown Tiburon several of our guestrooms feature private balconies and views of San Francisco Bay. 23 guestrooms including two suites comfy chaises State-of-the-Art phone systems with dataport and voicemail cable TV air conditioning full tub and shower spa robes and includes complimentary deluxe continental breakfast buffet and complimentary newspaper. The Waters Edge Hotel is a non-smoking property.Guaranteed late arrival The desk closes Sunday - Thursday at 10:30pm reopens at 6:30am guests arriving after 10:30pm need to call Hotel to get instructions. Friday and Saturday we have a 24 hour desk.
