    "Service is amazingly inefficient (cashiers slow, lots of paperwork at sign-up, kept calling about check-out time, though it was on appplication), staff is not at all knowledgeable about the sites (concierge gave wrong times for open times of nearby sites, the duty manager pleaded ignorance because he hadn't been back in Kolkata for long, there were no decent maps available) and they forgot my wake-up call, so I would have missed a meeting had I not woken up on my own." — source Travelocity
