"everything went well however my plane was delayed and i missed the evening reception the time of the reception was too early in my opinion It would better accommadate the guest if the reception in the evening is from maybe 6pm to 8pm other than that everything was good I will recommend this to my family." — source Orbitz

"The second night the toilet flooded, and we were given the option of getting a plunger from the front desk or moving to another room. We have been able to extend our stay and be in the same room--even though we were willing to move, as our room type changed--staff realized that it would be a hassle for us to move, and we were able to stay put, which the kids appreciated." — source Hotels.com
