The Marquis is located between two of the area's most renowned golf courses, the Cabo Real and the Jack Nicklaus-designed Cabo del Sol, which has seven oceanfront holes. Several other courses are nearby. Excellent surfing, fishing and scuba diving abound in the area. Other popular activities include shopping, nightlife and whale watching. Guests also enjoy lounging at one of the resort's three large pools. The hotel is located 15 miles from the airport.
