"our mistake Well, so much for last year the front desk staff was not understanding they told us every room was booked and that we could should go to another resort a "moderate" one when we paid for a "deluxe" resort this was the resort we requested and now they did not care where we went (On other note we only had one piece of our luggage because the disney magical express only picked up one and missed the other so going to another resort well god only knows where it would have ended up." — source Travelocity
