  • Clean: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"We did end up staying in this room for a few good reasons (aside from the fact that the front desk mentioned the hotel was completely booked); the linens were clean, the bathroom was very clean, and the room size was actually fairly large." source Hotels.com

"We found the hotel to be very clean and the rooms and beds comfortable." source Hotels.com

"Although the beds were comfortable, the rooms had clean issues such as thick dust on the air vents in the bathroom and dirty sliding glass doors to the one patio room we occupied." source Travelocity

"The room itself was clean but very dated 1960's Just a note for those who are looking for a room before Oct 31st in which the hotel will be demolished for a new hospital." source Travelocity

"The hotel was clean and convenient, and a good bargain." source Hotels.com

  • Service: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"Otherwise service was great." source Hotels.com

"There was a binder of information about services in the area. The staff was most accomodating in tending to my needs: a teabag for the room beverage service, printing plane boarding passes, and arranging for transportation." source Travelocity

"The customer service was great." source Expedia

"Coming for Hawaii, where customer service is a big deal here, I felt welcomed and never a burden for asking stupid questions about directions around town." source Travelocity

"The television service only offered basic cable, the downstairs restaurant was below average and the hotel parking was $22." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"Had been expecting outside noise but the location also made it convenient." source Orbitz

"It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to see and cable cars were within 5 blocks." source Hotels.com

"The area surrounding the hotel is ""interesting"", especially if you plan on walking to Union square or East in general, but the hotel itself is great. The room was always clean and welcoming and the Patio on the 4th floor (where the pool is located) was an oasis." source Travelocity

"Perfect location with a $10 taxi ride to the park." source Orbitz

"The location is very convenient to public transportation to get just about anywhere in the city. Since it's away from downtown (Union Square and Market Street) you are rarely confronted with beggars." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"Good value, comfortable rooms." source Skoosh

"they were able to accommodate with a room @ 1/3 the price in an over booked city for 3 nights while my wife was laid up here in a local hospital." source Travelocity

"Definitely not luxurious, with most of the lights missing from the elevator arrows and signs, but not bad for the price and location." source Travelocity

"With the much affordable price, strategically located in Downtown San Francisco, this hotel is everything that I asked for, and more." source Travelocity

"On the plus side the room rate was very reasonable and if sleeping is all you're concerned about it's a decent value." source Travelocity
