"Very welcoming, clean rooms, nice furnishings, spacious rooms, fine toiletries, however room smelt of cigarette smoke even though non-smoking room, and we returned mid afternoon to be told to wait for our room to be cleaned for 30 minutes which was disappointing as they had prior 6 hours to clean the room while we were out." — source Venere
