"The hotel is located next to just about everything you would need: about five minutes to the rim of the canyon, about two minutes to the airport for a helicopter tour (extremely recommended." source Travelocity

"Most restaurants nearby are within easy walking distance (we highly recommend We Serve Pizza and Pasta - the food was very good and very reasonable)." source Travelocity

"Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The hotel was very clean." source Priceline

"The Grand Canyon Holiday Inn Express is sorely in need of renovation, as well as general cleaning. The room we were given seemed to not have been renovated in the past decade, and was possibly the least clean room we had during this week-long trip to Arizona." source Travelocity

"However, the room was clean and quite and the service was great for a one night stay." source Orbitz

"It is really close to the grand canyon and the rooms are very clean and nice." source Orbitz

"This hotel was very conveniently located from the Grand Canyon and major routes." source Travelocity

"The hotel is at a great location (south entrance to Grand Canyon)." source Orbitz

"There are several restaurants within walking distance to the hotel." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"Since I couldn't imagine going back downstairs and waiting for yet another room, and since we were only going to sleep there and spend all of our waking moments at the Grand Canyon, we decided to deal with it." source Priceline

"The Rooms are a little torn up but for the price and proximity to park along with the free breakfast, you will get over the roughness of the room." source Travelocity

"If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon that is reasonably priced, this is a good choice." source Travelocity

"Price for the rooms was a little high, but I suppose this is to be expected in a closed tourist area." source Travelocity
