Staying at Sleepy Sam�s is like waking up in a luxury resort everyday; but at budget prices - a luxury you need not pay lots of cash for. Sleepy Sam�s is right in the city, yet is set in uniquely serene and tranquil surroundings amidst a row of preserved traditional houses. It is located in what once used to be the Sultan�s palace compounds - now the vibrant and colourful Malay heritage conservation area - and is as laid back as you can get in this busy city! Easy to get to, close to transport, relaxed and friendly - we are sure you'll love it (we sure do). Every thought has been given to make your stay a very relaxing experience and to creating the privacy each traveller looks forward to.Sleepy Sam�s has mixed or female dorm rooms and private single and private double rooms for you. Sleepy Sam�s does not believe in having you pay a fortune to enjoy our hospitality.Come as guests, leave as friends!Thanks to all our lovely guests we have been voted the #2 hostel in Asia for 2004! To walk from Bugis MRT (local underground train) - take exit B up escalator. Turn right up Victoria Street 2 blocks (past Raffles Hospital and Golden Landmark), turn right along Arab Street 1 block, and left into Muscat/Bussorah Street.Walk from Queen Street Bus Terminal (buses from Malaysia) - walk to your right along Arab Street 2 blocks, (past market and Golden Landmark) then left into Muscat/Bussorah Street.
