Park Avenue Montreal is an intimate hotel located half a mile from Mont-Royal Park and a 15-minute walk from McGill University. This location is also one mile from downtown Montreal, two miles from the Molson Center, three miles from the Old Port of Montreal, and five miles from the Insectarium and Olympic Stadium. Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is 13 miles from the hotel. Hotel amenities include the communal kitchen on the first floor, laundry facilities, and outdoor deck.
