Cancellation Policy

18 hours, Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the selected arrival date; thus cancellations made prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to cancel or do “not show” on the selected arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay to the credit card provided (up to a maximum of 60 €). Some reservations may be charge a 20% deposit to the credit card provided, if this occurs guests will be informed by e-mail.

From Alicante Airport (ALC): Distance to Hotel Servigroup Venus is 50 kilometres, approximately 1 hour's drive. Getting there. There are taxi ranks outside the arrivals hall, and the fare to the Benidorm is approximately 70 EUR. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Central Benidorm can be covered on foot, and the city and surrounding areas are served by buses and trams.
