"First, we get to the airport in Montego Bay only to find out that the tranfer to the hotel is not included (even though it states on travelocity that it is) this cost us $100 (40 there, 60 back) Then they put us in a standard room with double beds, the hubby had to go back and forth with the front desk attendant for 15 min and finally we were moved down the hall to a queen (and it was not a cottage as we had requested, but just a regular hotel room." — source Travelocity
