"The good points : Property gounds very clean, lobby area very clean, room service very clean, restaurants were good, some excellent, pool was nice and the beach nice. Where can we start with the bad : Rooms are small, Windows on balcony not sealed (wind noise all night), no iron or ironing board in room (room service did send one) no alarm clock in room, TV's are old 19" screens, the use of the safe is an extra charge, the staff appears to go out of there way to accomadate spanish speaking people but, seem to enjoy giving the rest of us wrong information, directions etc." — source Travelocity
