"keep in mind this is a 5 star hotel Upon check in I was given a standard room even though I booked a deluxe after complaining I was moved, The room I was given was disgustingly dirty and smelled really foul when I call the front desk they claimed they had no more rooms till I said I was checking out then they had a different room for us.
