"Then the next day we called and they upgraded us for free to a room with a tub. But I wanted the room with the tub on the window, so i called and talked to the white girl who spoke the best english downstairs and explained it, and we got the 37th floor with the tub on the window and everything was perfect." — source Hotels.com
