From Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport (TLV): Distance to Olympia Hotel is 40 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis wait at level G, terminal 3, and the fare to the hotel is around 130 NIS. Fares are higher at night. Visitors are advised to use registered taxis only. Price is subject to change. Getting around. Sheruts (shared taxis) are popular for exploring Tel Aviv. The minibuses can accommodate up to 10 passengers. Fares are around 5 NIS per person and most city routes are covered. Private taxis are inexpensive, but passengers should ensure the meter is used. Buses run regularly throughout the town, except on Jewish holidays and the Sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening). Tel Aviv city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot.
