"Neighborhood would seem a bit rough, at the beginning, but so close to the city center, about 4 blocks away,never had any problems, that you could walk virtually to most sites, (as you head out the front door, go left), staff very helpful and acomodating, security was good, front door personal, will flag down a taxi if needed, (recommended, at night) restaurant was good for simple tasty quick meals." — source Travelocity
