At the foot of Mont-Blanc, Pierre Carrier, Perrine and Pierre Maillet have taken over this private hotel, devoted to exceptional cuisine and local delicacies, created in 1903 by agreat grandfather Carriera. Twenty-seven chefs, including five pastry chefs, form the culinary dream team that looks after the two restaurants here. On the one hand, you have the superb menu at the Albert 1er with its elaborate recipes influenced by Italy and on the other, you have the Maison Carrier with its specialties of the French mountains that you can enjoy on the terrace while gazing out at the majestic beauty of Mont-Blanc.
