Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort

Beginning January 5, 2009, the resort will be replacing portions of its patios of north facing units in one of its condo buildings. During this time guests will not have access to their patios, there will be a smoke colored plastic placed over sliding glass doors to ensure both privacy and that no access is granted. There will be scaffolding put up around the building for the duration of the project. The first week will consist of noise due to the cutting of concrete. The first phase of the project will continue for three weeks. The second phase of the project will begin January 26, 2009 on the patios of the west and south facing units of the same condo building. The schedule of work will duplicate the first phase, with the highest concentration of noise during the first week. The anticipated completion date for this project is February 23, 2009. Although every effort will be made to ensure that all guests are affected by the construction, the resort cannot guarantee that guests will not be assigned a unit in the building where this renovation is taking place.Guests, please note that extended stays may require a room move.
