Southern Cross Hostel is a perfect example that good things come in small packages! Situated in Sultanahmet, in the centre of historic Istanbul on Akbiyik Caddesi; known for its awesome nightlife and excellent location. Within a few minutes walk of all major tourist attractions like Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) and near bus, tram and train links. ACCOMMODATION - We like a friendly cosy atmosphere and provide 30 beds in newly painted, cheerful, clean and comfortable rooms. For those wanting a little extra privacy we have 3 large double rooms that sharea separate bathroom on their own floor! Check-out our awesome system to provide 24hr hot water! MEALS We don�t have our very own chef but ask us how to try Turkish style delivery and get a home cooked meal delivered to your room or to our awesome ottoman style roof top bar! We want to give you a mix of western comforts and eastern tradition. so enjoy an ice old beer while trying a Turkish water pipe. FREE Internet service, you won�t have 100 people to share with so you are welcome to surf the net as long as you like without feeling eyes in the back of your head. Wireless internet connection is available throughout our hostel - so if you bring your own laptop, you can connect from the comfort of your own room too!
