More information on Milan Central Flat

A cozy and warm flat just for 2 people (ideal/couple or friends) - located in central area - near Central station in an strategic point but in a quiet, small and safe street. In front of the flat there is police station but don't worry they never play the hooter. You can find around Taxi, Bus, Tram, underground, trains connections to Italy and abroad. Easy access to Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airports just walking less then 7 minutes from our place. And again supermarket, shops and everything you need. The apartment is on the 3rd floor - top floor - no lift. It is in an old building but the flat is completlely renewed for your confort. Sunny and very quiet!Internet hifi 24 hours, pc available for our guests (or you can bring yours). Two single beds are into the large bedroom and in the big wardrobe you can place all your staff. Use a large wood table for study or read your favourite book on the comfortable armchair. There are a bathroom with comfortable shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen included microwave.In the dining/living room is located the TV, table with chairs and sideboard and through the windows the sunshine will glad your permanence. In the living room and bedroom there is a wood parquet floor, comfortable, nice and warm. Fresh duvets, bed linen and towels. Hayrdryer, iron/ironing board. New heating system. Air conditioning is available for the bedroom during the summertime. When we receive a confirmation booking, we will be happy in send you by email further informations and maps.We kindly ask you, to inform your arrival time on the property at least 24 hours before your arrival by email or txt message.If you prefer, we can offer airport pick-up service (convenient fare).Check-in until midnight (if you can - otherwise we will wait for you without extra-charge). Usually our check-out is at 11:00am. Possible later according our availability.
