Location. Located in the Chicago (Ill.) Loop business and financial district on Michigan Avenue, the Chicago Athletic Association is across from Millennium Park and one block from the Art Institute of Chicago and Jewelers Row. The Chicago Cultural Center and Symphony Orchestra are two blocks from the hotel. Within five blocks is the Richard J. Daley Center. Hotel Features. Originally owned by William Wrigley Jr. of the famed Wrigley Building and Chicago Cubs team, the hotel boasts statues and marble columns aligning the lobby path of mosaic tile designs leading to a baroque style restaurant, Main Dining Room. The Room overlooks Millennium Park, Lake Michigan and Labor Day fireworks at Navy Pier. The neighboring Cherry Circle Bar features a collection of paintings by recognized artists and an arcade game and pool table. The poolside caf� permits athletic attire. Meeting rooms offer event catering services, and photocopy and fax services are available upon request. Recreational amenities include an indoor pool, spa tub, sauna and steam room. Guestrooms. Chicago Athletic Association guestrooms feature cable television, wireless Internet access and desks with ergonomic chairs. Private bathrooms include vanity space and complimentary toiletries.
