"Food has gone downhill, but you can always find something acceptable and edible, but cutbacks are now evident, like the juices all being totally watered down, but overall, for the $, great value." — source Hotels.com
"Great hotel for the money, and actually this year, I think the food has improved over last year." — source Hotels.com
"I recommend finding a bartender you like and stick with him. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it for families or people that like night life but aren't big partiers, not for people looking for a lot of action." — source Travelocity
"You can buy a floatie for the pool or bring one (highly recommended), you can do the same with a insulated cup, it's nice for drinks because the cup is small that you get at the bar and it doesn't last long." — source Travelocity
"Recommend the Huichol Village tour for folks interested in learning about indigenous cultures. Looked like a great place for families to vacation." — source Travelocity

"There is that "water" smell which we have encountered in rooms at other tropical resorts, but the air conditioning works well and the rooms are clean." — source Hotels.com
"Rooms were very clean and neat and the resort was wonderful." — source Travelocity
"its a very clean and nice hotel, great food, most of the staff tries to do their best but not enough sometimes, some rooms are just too far from everything, have to walk too much, besides there is no parking available inside the hotel, their parking is much smallet than what they can accomodate and have to park out in the street, i would go back i guess but iÂ’ll have to think about it or look at other choices." — source Expedia
"beach was clean ocean cool and inviting lots of activities that are part of resort package we stayed four days and never left resort spa treatments were great and cheap we had no problems with translation we also took our own insulated mugs because the cups are small and keeps you from having to return to bar so often our room was if i can." — source Travelocity
"Nice clean rooms and with four pools which means you don't have to be up at 5:00 to put your towel on a pool chair to ensure you get a spot, also the pools are cleaned every day." — source Travelocity
