Some of the hikes take you right to the water's edge. However, to enjoy this dry forest, make sure you pack in water for your hike. Heading West on Rt. 116 you will pass the balneario Cana Gorda and come to the dock for Gilligan's Island and hang out for the day. Returning to Rt. 116 and going farther to the west turn left onto Rt 325 to reach the also beautiful beaches of Manglillo Pequeno and Playa Santa. This area is also part of the Guanica Forest. Directions

Copamarina is located on the Puerto Rico's Caribbean South Western Coast in the town of Guanica, just thirty-five minutes from Ponce and two hours from San Juan. A beautiful scenic drive 90 miles southwest of San Juan takes you to the resort. From San Juan, take Highway 52 to Ponce, West on Road 2 and South on Route 116 to Gu?nica.
